Ok, so a lot of the time I see players fighting mobs while wearing clothes rather than armour.

As far as I am aware clothes do not have stats, so my question is, can you get away without wearing armour as you get higher level ... or ... are these players actually wearing the armour underneath these clothes?

Can anyone explain.

Ah no, on your game press "b" there you should see your armour. Click on Special tab above normal. You should now see empty slots. This is where you equip your clothes. Your armour will just be hidden. If you click the circle beside special, you'll go into clothing mode. You'll be in your tighty whities without clothing but your armour will still be there, just hidden. It's for purely aesthetic and hiding your armour reasons.

Ahahaha, the cloths.

They give no stats, they are just for looks, and you do still have your armor on when you have the clothes on.

If you look on your inventory screen there is an option for "special" if you look at it now you probably have nothing on. But, if you have a piece of clothing on, it will show up in there, and you can check the circle to have it show rather than your armor (it's how people walk around in their underwear), they check the circle, but have no clothes on.

hope this helps Smile
