New Years 09 Event - Spring Festival

For those of you still oblivious or wondering about the recently released event (on 23/01/09):

NOTE:This is a lvl 40 and over event.

SECOND NOTE: Mistakes were found with the given coordinates of some New Years Elders (example: the Plume City coordinates pointing to the outskirts of Kings Feast). The list of corrected coordinates are as follows:

THIRD NOTE: If you cannot find a New Years Elder, goto the coordintes given above and look for the nearest orange dot on your minimap. Ascend or descend until you see the elder. Some of the elders will be a pain to find while others are located in unimaginably terrible terrain. In my honest opinion...these elders parachuted down, ignorant of it's maneuvering capabilities.

TIPS:
1. As stated in another thread by OInfernoO:
The Adventure Assistant's "enter cube of fate" quest option can be utilised as a free teleport from anywere to North Archo (lvl 40+ only).

2. The amount of exp and spirit you get varies with level.

3. The total number of New Years Elders is 22. If you plan to go to all of them, buy 22 envelops from the merchant.

4. AUTO PATH (discovered by Ely): Either left click on your minimap or bring up your full/zoomed map and ALT + left click the desired location. It is recommended to set the altitude to above 65 if you dont want to risk death.
